Men n\u00e5r vi ser fornuftigt p\u00e5 det, indser vi ofte, at det er medarbejderne, der har relationen til kunderne. Der g\u00f8res forretninger mellem to mennesker, som p\u00e5 en eller anden m\u00e5de m\u00f8des. Kan vi g\u00f8re det lettere for vores medarbejdere at komme t\u00e6ttere p\u00e5 vores kunder? Kan vi g\u00f8re det lettere rent faktisk at g\u00f8re forretninger?    <\/p>\n<p>En medarbejder, der opbygger netv\u00e6rk, spreder viden og repr\u00e6senterer dit brand, er et springbr\u00e6t ind i helt nye netv\u00e6rk. Pludselig f\u00e5r virksomheden en plads i et netv\u00e6rk, hvor den ikke tidligere var repr\u00e6senteret. Man opbygger flere kontaktflader, og antallet af kundekontakter hver uge stiger eksponentielt.  <\/p>\n<p>Det tager tid at opbygge et st\u00e6rkt personligt brand, da det i h\u00f8j grad er baseret p\u00e5 tillid og viden.
